The design of the maison is typical of the French Basque Country, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
We have a limited number of tables, but the chef and madame will serve you directly, to give you unique dining experience.

Chef Wataru Ando has a deep understanding of the history and nature of his birthplace.
